Ohio Arts Professionals Network 2024 Regional Booking Conference

After partnering with Destination Toledo for a wildly successful 2022 conference, OAPN will return to Downtown Toledo for its 2024 conference. The Ohio Arts Professionals Network will host its next in-person regional juried showcase, booking, and networking conference on Sunday, September 29th through Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024.
The Ohio Arts Professionals Network conference will bring together performing artists of all disciplines from musicians, comedians, variety acts, to dance organizations; small-to-large booking agencies; and presenters who book performing artists on their stages. Attendees can connect and conduct business during four days of one-on-one networking, juried showcases, professional development sessions, and a bustling exhibit hall.
The conference will be hosted in the heart of the “Glass City” at the newly renovated Glass City Convention Center, which is conveniently connected to our partner hotel, the Hiltons at Toledo Downtown, with juried showcases at the historic Valentine Theatre, located within walking distance from the hotel and convention center.

OAPN welcomes presenters of performing arts centers, libraries, city municipality amphitheaters, and music venues from Ohio and across the region, local-to-international talent booking agencies, and performing artists of all disciplines.
Artists interested in showcasing can submit an application through our online “I Want To Showcase” portal beginning in early 2024, and their application will be reviewed by a showcase jury.
